Our Fees (From 1st July 2025)

We believe in transparent pricing so you know exactly what to expect. All prices include travel to your home within our catchment area.

Physiotherapy Services:

  • Initial Assessment (1 Physiotherapist) - £175

  • Follow-up Physiotherapy Session (up to 1 hour) - £125

  • Physiotherapy Assistant Session (up to 1 hour) - £75

  • Fitness Professional Session (up to 1 hour) - £75

  • Physiotherapist Review with Assistant present - £190

Additional Services:

  • Telephone consultations - £90 per hour or part thereof

  • Reports and letters - Quote provided based on £90 per hour

  • Telehealth appointments - £90 per hour or part thereof

A small mileage fee may apply for locations outside our standard area - we'll let you know before your first visit.

How the Appointment Process Works

We believe in transparent pricing so you know exactly what to expect. All prices include travel to your home within our catchment area.

Step 1: Initial Contact
Choose from our convenient contact options (see our Book an Appointment page for full details):

Step 2: Physiotherapist Discussion
You'll have a detailed discussion with one of our qualified physiotherapists about your services and requirements. They will advise and arrange your initial physiotherapy assessment visit if appropriate.

Step 3: Pre-Assessment Contact
Prior to your assessment, your assigned physiotherapist will contact you to introduce themselves and discuss any specific health considerations.

Step 4: Your Assessment
Your physiotherapist will visit you at home for a comprehensive assessment (typically about an hour) including:

  • Discussion of your medical history and current problems

  • Physical examination (with your consent and dignity maintained)

  • Goal setting together

  • Initial treatment if appropriate

  • Exercise programme if suitable

  • Plan for ongoing treatment

Step 5: Ongoing Treatment

If recommended, we'll arrange regular appointments with your physiotherapist, physiotherapy assistant (under supervision), or fitness professionals, depending on your needs.

What's Included in Your Sessions

  • Professional assessment and treatment

  • Exercise programmes tailored to you

  • Advice on managing your condition

  • Equipment recommendations if needed

  • Communication with your family (with your permission)

  • Clinical notes and documentation

Payment Terms

Initial Appointments: We require payment in advance when booking your first assessment.

Follow-up Sessions: Payment is due within 7 days of each session or before your next appointment, whichever comes first.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer (preferred)

  • Card payment over the phone

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to change appointments. We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours' notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

What to Prepare for Your First Visit

  • List of current medications

  • Recent hospital letters or test results

  • Comfortable clothing (you may be asked to change for examination)

  • Questions about your condition or treatment goals

  • Contact details for your GP and any other healthcare professional

Case Management & Professional Referrers

We provide individual quotes for clients with case management representation. Please contact us directly for specific terms and conditions.
